BuildGuard AC Coat

A high-build, water-based, pure acrylic anti-carbonation protective coating for concrete surfaces. BuildGuard AC Coat provides a breathable, elastic, and UV-resistant barrier that prevents CO₂ ingress, chloride penetration, and moisture attack while allowing the substrate to breathe.

Features

  • CO₂ diffusion resistance (Sd > 50 m) — prevents carbonation
  • Breathable (water vapour Sd < 4 m) — allows moisture to escape
  • High elasticity bridges cracks up to 0.3 mm
  • UV-stable and non-yellowing for long-term aesthetics
